Join a multispecialty group that is part of a large, financially secure health system, 1:5 call. Relocation Paid and possible sign on bonus. Paid CME, Retirement, Vested immediately from day 1 with 401K.1 week of CME at $2,500, 4 weeks of vacation, bonus structure, full medical, Malpractice, Life, Disability. Compensation about $170. Or join a very busy, high volume practice where the doctors are booked far ahead. Starting salary $170K with about $10K paid for E/R call of 1:7. Same benefits as above.
