Our "small city" of 75,000 has a service area of over 400,000. Longview is located 60 miles west of Shreveport, Louisiana, and 125 miles east of Dallas, Texas. As a Level II Trauma Center, our facility provides the highest level of trauma care for Gregg County and the surrounding area.
