FAMILY PRACTICE /W OB EMPLOYMENT PLUS MANAGED PRIVATE PRACTICE
The benefits of both worlds: Employment brings security and benefits, while the managed private practice brings unlimited revenue potential.
EMPLOYMENT PORTION OF THE PRACTICE:
BASE SALARY $ 180,000.00
*Bonus $10 billable encounters in excess of 10 daily (4 pts per hour @ 6 hrs) 33,600.00 = $ 213,600.00
Physician can see as many pts as they want, the amount above calculated on 48 weeks and a very conservative number of billable visits.
MANAGED PRIVATE PRACTICE.
IN-PATIENT WORK **(net) 75% of collections DELIVERIES **(net) 75% of collections
This is actually their private practice which we manage. Revenue is only Limited by the volume the physician wants to do, both medical and deliveries.
Benefits: include 4 weeks off, mal practice insurance (200,000/600000), $3000.00 for continuing ed., $10,000.00 relocation, Health Insurance 100% paid for physician, Life insurance, and access to 401k with access to group health plan for dependents
