Tennessee Family Practice

Full-time primary care physician needed in the Near Memphis, TN (50 miles). The position is available March 1st, so we need to start the credentialing process ASAP. The contract will be for 30 days and extensions will be likely. Credentialing could take 1 to 2 weeks. We need 40 hours per week on weekdays. We prefer candidates who have a long-term permanent interest. We will be happy with a 30 day locums commitment and you can extend month-to-month if you are not interested in the permanent position. You could transition to a permanent position if mutual interest develops between you and the client. Other short assignments are frequently available in other locations around the state. Correctional Medicine offers regular weekday hours with no call or light call. If you are looking for regular predictable weekday hours, this is the right position for you.
