Hospital Based practice is seeking a Family Medicine provider to work 32 hours per week with one other FM, 2 ER and 2 mid-level providers. Responsibilities include Emergency Department coverage one weekend per month and provide geriatric care at attached nursing home. Work 4 day work week. Minimal call. Clinic is open 8a 5p and no weekends. See 20 patients per day. Very competitive salary with the potential of making in the $225K range. Production bonus and up to $100K loan assist is also offered. Insurance benefits include malpractice coverage, health and life. Vacation and CME time, 403B with matching retirement plan and up to $10K to assist with relocation expenses.
