Wilkes- Barre General Hospital is aiding in the search for a board certified family medicine physician to fill a vacancy at the community health center, Monroe-Noxen Medical Center. There are several family physicians in the community. Practice consists of 2 boarded physicians and 1 physician assistant.
Call coverage will be every 4th weekend, 4th night, 1:4. There are no weekend hours at the center and hospitalists are used at the local hospital.
This is a very picturesque area that is about 14 miles from Valley population of 200,000.
