A primary care physician is needed on a locum tenens basis at the VA outpatient clinic in Salem, OR. The assignment will begin in April 2010 and continue until for three months. Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practice and Internal Medicine physicians will be considered. A valid medical license is required for the position, although it does not have to be an OR license. As with many VA job opportunities, a medical license from any U.S. state or territory is all that is required. Your airfare, rental car, lodging and malpractice insurance will be provided for this assignment. There is plenty to do in and around Salem, Oregon.
