Hospital has a Hospitalist program, so this position can be clinic only, or, if desired, a physician can round on patients as well. Clinic position is M-F, 8 to 5. New provider can expect to see 20-25 patients per day, and more if they wish, as there will be a financial incentive mechanism. Hospital will offer a competitive starting salary, incentive plan, and full benefits package. If desired, they also offer the option of an income guarantee, should a provider want a private practice model. Medical community offers a diverse array of specialties for comprehensive care.
Community of 14,000 has a strong economy based on its oil and natural gas industry. They will open a new 26M recreational facility on July 4th to include a water park, golf course, and other attractions. Area also has an excellent educational system, will more certified teachers per capita than any other area of the state. Community is located a little over 2 hours from Oklahoma City.
