Mint Medical Physician Staffing has been awarded an Army contract for 4 full-time family practice physicians at Ft. Sill Military Base near Lawton, Oklahoma OK for the Department of Defense. The tentative start date for the providers is Aug. / Sept. or soon thereafter. With all option years, this contract could last through September 30, 2013. "BC or BE "FP preferred but will take IM that can see all ages and has experience in a FP/Urgent Care setting "BLS will be required "Current DEA required "Any U.S. license "U.S. Citizen or a valid Green Card holder "Typical hours are Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with a one hour lunch "Patient load will vary but can range from 20 to 24 per day "Up to 25 days off per year "Government malpractice coverage "Expenses paid for lodging, travel and car The pay range for this is at $60-$65 per hour + expenses. $10,000 sign-on bonus! A 12-month commitment allows us to pay for relocation expenses (no more than $3,000).
