Opportunity Description:This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new venture. Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton (CHCGD) is a new entity resulting from a collaborative effort between three hospitals and Public Health Dayton & Montgomery County Health to establish a Federally Qualified Health Center in the region. We have the luxury of practicing out of three well-established locations that were previously operated by those hospitals. This replacement position will join the staff of seven other physicians, one nurse practitioner, and approximately 25 staff. There are over 11,000 patients per year, for a total of over 24,000 visits. Our mission is to improve the health of the underserved communities in Dayton and the surrounding area by providing preventive and primary health care services to patients, regardless of ability to pay.
