Join group of 3 FPs and 1 IM. Replace physician who is relocating out of the area. Traditional IP/OP practice with 1:4 call schedule. Work out of 25-bed critical access hospital. See 20 to 25 patients per day. $140K/$150K base compensation + bonus, malpractice, health, 20 days vacation/CME, $5,000 CME, 457-B retirement plan, etc.
