Hospital system in Toledo has acquired large private family practice! Group has historically had 8 physicians and is losing two do to non-compete issues. Position can be traditional IP/OP or strictly outpatient. A hospitalist program is available if so desired. Work 4.5 day workweek. $140K to $165K compensation + bonus + full benefit package (malpractice, health, 4 weeks vacation/CME, $4000 CME, etc).
