Busy office. Current physician sees approximately 30-45 patients/day from newborns to geriatrics. 40% adults, 40% geriatrics, 15% peds/adolescents and 5% nursing home patients. No HMO plans. Long term staff members. Call is every other week and nursing homes are once a month. Office offers 3,500 sq. ft. with 3 patient rooms per doctor. Office was remodeled in 1999. NP in office. Hospital is one mile from the office. Payor mix: 40% Medicare, 45% Commercial, 10% Self Pay, 5% Medicaid.

International airport and major metropolitan areas are 1 hour away.
