Candidates can choose to practice with or without OB services. Excellent growth potential, joining established practice with three other physicians and three midlevel practitioners as part of the Medical Group. Hospital employed position with salary ranges as follows: FP with OB - 150-175K FP without OB - 140-165K. 2 year salary guarantee with the option to convert to RVU work based incentive pay at any time during the period. Electronic medical record in use and shared with the group. Call schedule would initially be 1 in 4 and ultimately 1 in 6 as we plan to hire two physicians now and one later. Call on weekends covers admitting all FP patients. Physicians round on their own patients during the week. We can accept H1 but no J1 visa candidates. Candidates must be board certified or eligible with plans to complete certification within two years. Ideal candidate will be in practice 10 or less years.
