To join three family medicine physicians in an office in Norton. Full or three quarter time position. Employed (salary with incentive). Salary base: $150,000+ depending on experience and is based on 35 hours a week; pro-rated for fewer hours worked. 25K signing bonus to physician. EMR. Daytime Hospitalist Program (participation is optional). In house Internist MD program 7 p.m. 6 a.m., 7 days/week. Call: 1 in 11. American training required. Looking for board certified/prepared physician. Two year contract.

Norton is home to Wheaton College, founded in 1834, and the TPC Golf Course, home of the Deutsche Bank Championship Golf Tournament, which is an annual Labor Day Weekend event.

Norton has a local population of 19,000 with a service draw from Bristol, MA of 546,000. Boston is 24 miles north. Norton's composition is unique, as it developed by villages. The villages originally were Chartley, Norton Center, Barrowsville, Norton Furnace, Crane's, E. Norton and Winnecunnet. Each village formed with its own characteristics and heritage. Some villages had their own post offices, railroad stations, fire stations and schools. Some of the villages were composed of immigrant groups depending on the industries that evolved in the area.
