Maryland Family Practice

A facility on the eastern shore of Maryland seeks locum tenens coverage in the specialty of Pediatrics or Family Medicine to cover for a physician on maternity leave. The anticipated dates are March 1st, 2010 through June 7th, 2010. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with a 1/2 hour for lunch and an additional 1/2 hour slated for administrative work. There are three other physicians on site and a nurse practitioner. You can expect to see about 22-24 patients each day from infancy to age 18. EMR is used at this location. Ideal candidates will be board certified in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
