Mint Medical Physician Staffing has been awarded to staff at the Ft. Polk Military Base in Louisiana for 1 full-time family medicine physician starting within 90 days. Hours are typically Mon-Fri 8:00AM to 4:30PM Call will be 1:4 and will primarily be for patient transfers and inpatient/ER consultations when needed BC or BE Up to 25 days off per year plus Federal Holidays Government provided malpractice coverage which is the best possible Weekly pay Typing skills are needed since patient records are computerized
A $15,000 sign on bonus is offered for a 12 month commitment. This facility will allow for a shorter commitment at a pro-rated amount. Lets push for 3 to 6 months minimum with a year being ideal. $7,500 retention bonus is available in addition to reimbursement of relocation expenses up to $7,500.
