Kings Daughters Medical Center (KDMC) in Ashland, Kentucky, is providing an outstanding opportunity for family practitioners who wish to join our Family Care Center team. First year practitioners earn $160K base salary plus incentives based on productivity. Years two and three of the pact are performance driven, as WRVU values will be increased dramatically. Based on average patient volumes, many Family Care Center physicians are earning more than $180K annually. Bonuses up to $9K provided for meeting customer service goals. Other benefits include: $3K/3 days CME allowance first year / $5K/5 days years two and three, 29 paid days off annually, $5K for moving expenses / $3K for relocation expenses, no rounding at hospitals; beeper call 1:20 weeks, and health, dental, life, retirement and malpractice.

Kings Daughters features 13 Family Care Centers in eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio. In additional to family medical services, each center features onsite X-ray and lab services, as well as mobile mammography. Some centers also feature CT and mobile MRI services.

Each center varies on hours of operationextended hours, weekends depending on community need. Some practitioners work typical eight-hour shifts on weekdays, while others work 12-hour shifts.
