KRC.0109.1405.10C Family Medicine Physician - position available to join medical center as an employed physician in a fully-mature clinic in a nearby town. Currently one physician sees 30-40 patients per day in this outpatient clinic. Hospitalists available to see/follow inpatients. The community is growing and vibrant. Brand new office being built to accommodate second physician and a panel of rotating specialists on-site. With 103 beds, the community hospital services include pediatrics, OB, general surgery, medical, ICU, inpatient rehabilitation, gero-psychiatry unit, and emergency department. The inpatient rehabilitation service (distinct Medicare accredited unit) and inpatient gero-psychiatry service (distinct Medicare accredited unit) each have medical directors who will accept your patients under care in the hospital and return them to you or follow along with you after dismissal. This hospital is a top-performer with outstanding physician-administration-board of directors relationships. Call time is shared among providers community-wide.
Salary range: $140,000. Full benefit package offered including relocation costs, vacation, CME allowance and possible loan repayment.
