Group will provide a competitive guarantee along with full benefit package + 2-year partnership track. Group has had an EMR system for the past 3 years. Candidates can work a 4 or 5 day workweek, once they are off guarantee. Physicians are routinely making an additional $65K to $85K per year due to ancillary services.
