- Coverage Needed Through December - Board Certification Required
- See all ages - 20-25 patients per day
- Outpatient Only, phone call only to be determined
- Monday -Tuesday- Wednesday and Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday 10am-7pm and every 3rd Sat 8am-12noon
- Work with 2 other physicians and a Nurse Practitioner
- Located 45 minutes southeast of Chicago area
