Join 1 FP and 1 mid-level provider in busy private practice in Merrillville, IN! Local hospital will employ physician initially until candidate transitions into private practice. Practice can be traditional or strictly outpatient. Candidate must have special interest in integrative medicine. Very competitive compensation and benefit package with eventual partnership.
