Hospital is seeking a BE/BC physician to step into a traditional In/Outpatient practice. Employment contract is for 2 years with salary based and work RVU's incentive. No obstetrics. 4 weeks vacation plus 1 week CME. 24K signing bonus, 10K moving allowance. 99-bed acute care hospital. Located between Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne.
