A Family Practice office located in northern Indiana is focused on the health and great quality of life with award-winning schools. A Board Eligible or Board Certified permanent Family Practitioner is needed to join an established and busy practice, or to join the community and establish your own practice with or without OB. The Family Practice office is located in the medical office building that is attached to an 83 bed hospital. As an employee of the Hospital, the financial package includes a generous salary with work RVU and quality-based bonuses, vacation and CME, 6 paid holidays, health and malpractice insurance, a fully-equipped office, staff management and billing services, paid relocation and moving expenses, and assistance with medical school loan obligations.
