Suburban Indianapolis hospital has partnered with several local industries to provide wellness-based Primary Care Physician services to their employees and family members. Several of their local Human Resource Directors are very progressive and understand wellness and preventative medicine are the keys to long term control of healthcare expenses and improved outcomes. Approximately 3500 patient lives are in the program. They are looking for a Physician to provide care for these patients and develop outcomes based programs to improve the health of the population. This is a unique opportunity in that there is no Medicare, no Medicaid, and no commercial insurance paperwork. The patients pay no deductibles or co-pays. The patient also receives formulary medications at no cost to them. The office has a state-of-the-art electronic medical record and is completely paperless. They are looking for a Physician to oversee this program. The position will offer an excellent wage and benefits package along with a sign on bonus.
