We are proud to partner with U. S. Steel and Arecelor Mittal Steel in Chesterton, IN and are currently seeking a full-time, board certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine Staff Physician to join our Steel Family Health Care Center team.
Chesterton, just 40 miles southeast of Chicago, IL, is a quickly growing town nestled in between the rolling dunes of the Indiana Dunes State Park, the cosmopolitan center of Chicago and the shores of Lake Michigan. Residents take pleasure in the beautiful scenery and enjoy the beach, antique shops, community bike trails, and festivals. Our health center is located within the confines of Coffee Creek, one of Chestertons newest developed areas.
The selected candidate will enjoy working in a team-based model serving employees, dependants and retirees of the two largest steel manufacturing companies in the country. A current Indiana license, board certification, and a minimum of 2 years experience in an ambulatory or primary care setting is required.
