INDIANAPOLIS - Unique opportunity for a BE/BC Family Practice Physician to serve as a clinician, partner and advocate to the employees of a highly-reputable corporation located in beautiful Indianapolis. This position is ideal for a physician who has been looking for a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of people and shape the future of health care. The physician will have the time, the tools and the support to help make patients better without the reimbursement constraints associated with traditional medical practice. Through a process of Assess => Deliver => Engage => Align, Activate Healthcare influences employee behavior in the areas of wellness, prevention, chronic disease management and behavior modification. Balanced lifestyle with Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. hours Limited call Volume: 16 17 patients per day (including employees and their dependents) Excellent support staff who will assist in the overall program and will coach employee behavior changes Some travel required to nearby satellite locations Competitive base salary provided with a full range of benefits, including malpractice insurance and a relocation package This job does not qualify for J-1 waivers.
