Excellent hospital employed FP opportunity in small community Northeast of Louisville, KY! Traditional IP/OP practice with 1:8 call schedule. Work 4-day workweek. Replace extremely busy family practice physician who is relocating out of the area. Practice is currently seeing around 6,800 visits per year. Physician who is leaving made $288K last year. Work directly with two mid-level providers. Hospital will provide $18K stipend for monitoring mid-level providers. Very competitive compensation +RVU bonus + full benefit package including malpractice, health, 5 weeks vacation/CME, sign-on bonus, loan repayment, pension with 7% contribution, etc. Hospital is very flexible with loan repayment and will look at the needs of each candidate individually. Candidate will need to have KY and IN licenses.
