FP w/OB to join a 3 physician practice. Two of the physicians are female and are practicing OB. This is an employed position with the hospital. The first two years are a guaranteed base salary of $175K and the third year moves to a productivity model (those that are on the productivity model currently are doing very well). Position offers $50K in student loan repayment or $30K in signing bonus (candidates choice). Position covers relocation up to $10K in actual expenses Full hospital benefits health, life, dental, and vision insurance, paid days off, 403(b) retirement plan. Nice, family-oriented community of 40K with service area of 150K. 45 minutes to Dayton, OH and 1 hour to Indianapolis. Only 35 minute drive to International airport!
