A facility in northern Indiana is seeking a permanent Family Practice physician for their multi-specialty group. The group includes family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, geriatrics, neuro, pulmonology, and psychiatry. Ideal candidates candidates will be board certified or board elible in Family Medicine. The schedule is flexible and hospitalist coverage is available. A comprehensive compensation package will be offered and may include: salary plus incentive, sign on bonus, relocation allowance, CME allowance, medical education debt repayment, health and retirement.
