- Stable, growing network of practices seeks FP's or IM's for various sites
- Hospital is embarking on Hospitalist Program so physicians will eventually have option for office-only practices - currently doctors admit and follow own patients
- Call schedule varies from 1 in 4 to 1 in 8
- Hospital is 225 beds with huge open heart program, large oncology program, new women's health center, Level II Trauma designation, has a Level II NICU and is very progressive
- Initial salary of $145 - $150K is guaranteed for two years before productivity formula begins; benefits are superb and there is a sign on bonus
