Join group of 6 providers trying to grow to 8 in O'Fallon, IL!! Group is currently made up of 6 FPs and 2 PAs. Clinic is open 7A to 6P, Mon thru Fri, 8A to 12P Sat, and 1P to 5P Sun. Physicians typically work 40 hour workweek. Strictly outpatient practice. Work one weekend per month but receive days off during week as compensation. Clinic is open 8A to 12P on holidays. See 25 to 30 patients per day. Practice has 17K active charts. Clinic is completely paperless. Terrific EMR System. Very competitive compensation package + Additional 25% of base salary is offered to cover the cost of benefits + 25 days vacation/CME, 3,500 for CME, paid malpractice, etc.
