Establish an independent practice (income guarantee) or become a hospital employee (salaried).
Call coverage shall be 1:4 or 1:5.
Salary very competitive with MGMA guidelines and shall also include CME, relocation allowance, marketing, potential medical education debt assistance, and potential commencement bonus.

Serving three counties and nearly 38,000 residents along the eastern Illinois border, our Regional Hospital boasts 75 acute-care beds and a 115-bed long-term care facility. The hospital, located 40 miles southeast of the St. Louis metropolitan area, offers emergency care, cardiology, general surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, radiology, dental, obstetrics, family practice, rehabilitation and home healthcare services, among others. It also features labor/delivery/recovery/postpartum suites, an extended-stay skilled nursing facility, and visiting specialists in orthopedics, podiatry, oncology, dermatology and vascular surgery.
