Clinic in Sullivan, IL has a need for two Family Medicine providers and a physician assistant. Will offer additional compensation for supervision of the PA. Call would be no less than 1:4 as the call group includes other outlying clinics. Sullivan is a lovely town that offers direct access to Lake Shelbyville for lots of outdoor activities, a local theater that draws a variety of actors, a restaurant owned by Doug Wilson of TLC television fame who is also a resident of Sullivan, only 20 minutes from Mattoon and a quaint town with low crime and high payor mix. It is a wonderful community to raise a family.
Benefits are above average as they are for all of our opportunities. Base salary is $190,000 + bonus based on RVUs and an additional $19,000 annually in vacation compensation. Also included are a $50,000 loan and $20,000 signing bonus.
