- Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Large 10,000 sq. ft. offices
- One MA/LPN for each provider plus full tech/office staff
- Call of 1:5
- Full benefits package include health, dental, vision, retirement, life and malpractice insurance

- 22 days PTO, 10 days CME plus stipend
