A group practice of three physicians are looking to add a fourth. The group is composed of two IMs and one FP. Call is shared between the group on weekends> Weekend call will equal out to be every fourth weekend. During the week each physician covers their own patients. The hospital is offering an income guarantee for the first year. Depending on the specialty of the physician and also the number of years experience, the earning potential is estimated from $165,000- $200,000 plus additional incremental expenses.
