Tampa Bay area: We currently have 6 physicians and 14 ARNPs on staff. Our practice encompasses both office, nursing home and other type retirement facilities and hospital. We cover several hospitals in our area. And we are currently the hospitalist group for one hospital and are being considered at another.
The call schedule at the present time is one weekend every three; two physicians are on duty for these weekends along with two ARNPs. During the week, we have a full-time ARNP covering several facilities and these ARNPs assist the physicians at the hospitals in rounding daily on each patient.
We offer Humana health insurance at 50% premium paid by employer; other insurance like dental, vision, AFLAC policies and Short Term Disability are available to employees at their own cost but payroll deducted. For the physicians, we also offer $100,000 life insurance and long term care disability paid 100% by employer. Vacation is currently 2 weeks per year for the first five years and increases after that.
We pay for license renewal, DEA and liability insurance renewals also. The salary is depending on experience and the starting salary would be no lower than $150,000.00
