Our Physicians work in a team-based environment and serve as clinical leaders who focus on caring for patients, while administrative and management staff handle all non-clinical issues. No hospital call!

The Medical Directors responsibilities include: serving as a trusted clinician helping patients better manage their own health, providing acute care, developing wellness programs, as well as interfacing with the EAP and health coaching groups on site for our client's employees. This position allows you to work as a corporate medical director in a patient-centric environment with oversight responsibility for our onsite midlevel and nursing staff while utilizing best practices both clinically and technologically.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a registered physician education program and valid MD or DO state license.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Occupational Medicine.
• Five to eight years of experience in a physician leadership position.
• Recent practice experience in an outpatient or hospital setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent clinical skills with a customer service focus.
