Staff Physician

As part of Walgreens Health and Wellness division, Take Care Health Systems includes Take Care Consumer Solutions(www.takecarehealth.com), managers of convenient care clinics located at select Walgreens drugstores nationwide, and Take Care Employer Solutions (www.takecareemployersolutions.com), managers of worksite-based health and wellness services. We are seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Practice Physician to join our employee health center located in Colorado Springs, CO. Administrative and management team members support and oversee non-clinical business operations so that our Physicians can focus exclusively on patient care and wellness. Our Colorado medical center provides holistic care exclusively for the employees and dependents of our client. Physician responsibilities include: providing diagnosis, evaluation and ongoing treatment of acute and chronic conditions of adults and children. In addition, we promote early detection and prevention of disease. We support best medical practice around all chronic illnesses and all other medical conditions.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a registered and valid physician education program.
  • MD or DO state license.
  • Board certified or eligible in a primary care specialty required.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC. ACLS preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills essential.
