Pediatric Primary Care Provider

Community Reach Center seeks a full-time Primary Care Provider to work with our partners at Mountainland Pediatrics, Inc. The Provider will provide direct comprehensive medical evaluation, treatment planning, and primary care intervention for children and adolescents. This position requires an MD, DO or PA nurse prescribed degree from an accredited institution, and the completion of accredited training commensurate with degree/license. The Provider must also have a valid DEA license and be licensed for medical practice in the State of Colorado.
