Join staff model multi-specialty group with 25+ physicians based in Lancaster, CA. Group is currently recruiting for a day hospitalist. The hospitalist position offers a unique schedule. Physicians work 8A to 5P for 21 days and then have 7 days off. Group works out of two facilities in the Lancaster area. Facilities are only 1 mile apart. See 10 to 15 patients per day. Some ICU work is involved. $150K -$200K compensation based on experience + a comprehensive benefit package and profit sharing after 2 years.
Opportunity is in Lancaster, CA which has a local population of 175,000 and a service draw of 450,000. Los Angeles is just one hour away. Community has excellent schools and the opportunity for higher education at UCLA as well as community colleges in the area. The citys economy is strong and diverse.
