The local hospital medical group is looking to add another family practice position to work out of one of their offices in Lake County. This is an all outpatient practice. Work Monday to Friday typical office hours. They use hospitalists for all their inpatient work. Phone call is 1 in 2. The local hospital is 25 beds. They are offering a starting salary of $170,000 plus bonuses and malpractice, relocation and full benefits valued at approximately $40,000. The community is 2.5 hours from San Francisco and 1.5 hours from Santa Rosa. The community is known for its spectacular beauty, headliner concerts, unsurpassed recreation, and fine wines. It boasts the deepest lake in California and lots of water based activities. Nestled between three of the most famous wine areas in the United States - Mendocino, Sonoma, and Napa counties the area is fast becoming a destination wine tasting. The area also offers excellent schools and is a great family community.
