- Large, successful and very progressive multispecialty group seeks a physician for a new position
- * One half of the a practice will be office based seeing an older population and the other half will be at several SNFs and rehab facilities in Modesto where the physician will round at several skilled nursing homes/rehab facilities in and around Modesto
- * You will manage care for recent hospital discharges who will need to be up and out when appropriate and also manage care for those who are long-term patients
- There will be no hospital work as group has a strong Hospitalist program
- Phone call will be shared with 15 other IMs in the group of 1 in 15
- Salary starts at $155K and shareholdership will be offered after two years
- Excellent location is in close proximity to San Francisco, to the mountains and to wine country
- Bonus/incentives
- Malpractice paid, 3 weeks vacation, 1 week CME with stipend
