On behalf of a client in the state of Arizona, we are seeking a BE/BC Family Practice physician to join an established practice. This would be an OUTPATIENT position, with no OB required. Four-day workweek, paid malpractice. The practice currently consists of one physician (M.D.) and a midlevel, and they are very busy. Practice has been in exisitence for almost six years, new building for almost four years, and have EHR in place. Candidate can be either M.D. or D.O. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement. Community of about 15K population, but only about 30 - 40 minutes to major metro. Candidate should be comfortable working in a rural area but, if desired, could probably live in a nearby suburban area and commute. Call is for group patients only - 1:3 telephone - no hospital call at this time. Would like someone with excellent problem-solving skills and people skills, good work ethic.
