Alaska Family Practice

Anchorage, Alaska -- Alaska Family Medicine Residency seeks a BC Family Medicine (MD or DO) faculty physician. Can be full or part time. Our community based, University of Washington-affiliated program trains residents for rural and underserved practices. Share both inpatient and outpatient teaching responsibilities. Work with culturally and ethnically diverse patients. Practice full-spectrum family medicine (OB optional). Live, practice and teach in a city with world-class recreational trails, salmon streams, moose, eagles, winter and summer recreation, arts and sports. Multi-lingual skills a plus. Program affiliated with Providence Alaska Medical Center, the state's most advanced tertiary center. Excellent compensation and benefits.

With 364 beds and a medical staff of 600, Providence Alaska Medical Center is the most comprehensive tertiary facility in the state and the only one with a dedicated Children's Hospital.
