Join a busy, growing weight loss clinic offering several types of programs. We are located in a growing community about 15 miles from Birmingham, Alabama. Our physicians are registered with the DEA and we supply all fees for dispensing licenses and pharmacy applications. Our facility is newly renovated with three exams rooms. We currently have a staff of two nursing assistants to assist in evaluation and consultations with each patient. We offer nutritional counseling along with Lipotropic/B12/B6 injections and prescription appetite suppressants for those who qualify. All supplies as well as equipment is furnished. Currently, we have an inventory that can be transferred to our new physician.
