Join 4 FPs in busy community health center setting. Center sees a wide mix of patients. Although the center is set up as a community health center, the payer mix is very diverse. Work in clinic 3 days per week and cover urgent care 1 day per week. Clinic is open 8A to 5P and urgent care is open 8A to 8P. Cover urgent care 1:5 weekends. Hours are 8A to 5P on Sat and 1P to 5P on Sun. $175K to $180K compensation + occurrence based malpractice, 100% health, 8 holidays, 12 sick days, 3 weeks vacation, retirement plan, etc.
