Good sized group practice (multi- specialty) that currently does not have an endocrinologist - so, you'd have a built-in referral base, and would get busy on day one!! Group generally starts their physicians out on a salaried basis for the first year (no risk!), then switch over to full productivity. Excellent benefits package, too!
