This Endocrinologist position is actually a hospital sponsored startup opportunity with lots of potential. We have patient referrals lined up and office space can be quickly readied.
As for compensation, open to negotiating something very generous with a guaranteed salary more than $300K+ along with full benefits including retirement. Will also pay for your relocation, and will pay you a generous sign-on bonus. Of course you will have the option of starting your own practice or continuing as an employee with a minimum guaranteed salary plus a bonus based on workload.
