well established multi-specialty group. Established more than 50 years ago and increasingly expanding. Currently they have 4 offices, which include: Hopewell Junction (office is 7 yrs old), Poughkeepsie, which is undergoing expansion and renovation and 2 offices in Fishkill, one of which is a brand new facility. Due to expansion, they are adding several new physicians to their already 40+ physician group. She does not have the salary ranges yet, but they offer two employment models for their physicians:
1. base salary + production and partnership option in 2 years. This is for all full time physicians who participate in call schedule.
2. There is also an option for physicians to work Mon-Fri and NOT participate in call schedule, however, they would not be offered partnership and their base salary would be significantly lower. Tbey are very prominent in the community and admit to two area hospitals
